Top 10 Ramen in Singapore featured in Lifestyle Mar '06

Our Shabu Shabu ramen was featured in The Straits Time in March 2006 to be in top 10 ramen in Singapore. The pork bone soup is brewed for up to two days to a rich, creamy consistency. The thin slices of Berkshire pork ("black pig") which is imported from the United States. They are so moist and tender they almost melt in your mouth.

In the Sushi and Sashimi counter, we will import seasonal fishes that are best-eaten in the period directly from Japan. Some of our 'Must Try' is our Shabu Shabu Ramen, using ramen imported from Kyushu, topped with thinly sliced Black Pig matching with pork bone soup which is cooked for 2 days.
