Top 10 Ramen in Singapore featured in Lifestyle Mar '06

Our Shabu Shabu ramen was featured in The Straits Time in March 2006 to be in top 10 ramen in Singapore. The pork bone soup is brewed for up to two days to a rich, creamy consistency. The thin slices of Berkshire pork ("black pig") which is imported from the United States. They are so moist and tender they almost melt in your mouth.

We have got 4 different departments all under the same roof, and each of them have their own different specialties. They include:

  • Tampopo
  • In Tampopo, you will be able to find both authentic and trendy Japanese cuisine which include Ramen directly from Japan, Donburi, Yaki-mono, Age-mono Sushi and Sashimi. In the Sushi and Sashimi counter, we will import seasonal fishes that are best-eaten in the period directly from Japan. Some of our 'Must Try' is our Shabu Shabu Ramen, using Kyushu Ramen, topped with thinly sliced Black Pig matching with pork bone soup which is cooked for 2 days.

  • Tom Ton
  • In Tom Ton, we are specialized in serving Tonkatsu. We use only the best quality ingredients to assure the taste and tenderness of each cutlet we serve. Our Specialty will be the Berkshire (or 'Black pig') cutlet, and the bread crumb we use are made specially for frying cutlet.

  • Tsuru Tsuru Tei
  • Unique udon counter where we sells only udon as our main course, in this counter, you will be able to find many different types of hot soupy udons. Some of our signature dishes in this counter will be our "Seafood Kakiage Udon", "Salmon and Sansai Udon" and "Mini Chicken Karrage Don with Chawan Mushi set".
